Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive call outs to automatic doors including but not restricted to the following door types: Roller shutters Revolving turnstile's Automatic doors Wicket doors Automatic gates Moveable internal walls Electronically operated swing doors/gates. Maintenance will consist of an intermediate service with a minimum of two visits per annum and contract will co-terminate with SPT's manual door contract maintenance contract 17-159 Lot 2. Reactive Call out will be based on 24/7 365 per annum. Non Mandatory site visit on 11th January 2019

Planned Preventative Maintenance & reactive call outs to automatic doors including but not restricted to the following types: Roller shutters Revolving turnstile's Automatic doors Wicket doors Automatic gates Moveable walls Electronically operated swing doors/gates. Maintenance will be classed as intermediate with a minimum of two visits per annum, and contract will co-terminate with SPT's manual door contract maintenance contract 17-159 Lot 2. Reactive call outs will cover 24/7 365 and call outs will include all expenses including but not limited to minimum call out charge and any associated travel costs. The successful tenderer will also have opportunity to replace doors beyond economical repair however SPT will benchmark these costs to ensure it is obtaining best value for the supply and fit of replacement doors. Reactive costs will also be used to calculate a total contract cost. (Planned Preventative Maintenance cost will be added to an estimate of Reactive call outs) This contract will also operate within a performance /SLA agreement linked to PPM and reactive call outs as well as other factors. These are detailed in the specification. Liquidated damages will also be applied. Non mandatory site visit on 11th January 2019. Planned Preventative maintenance visits are estimated as a minimum of two per year. Contract will co-terminate with manual door maintenance contract. ESPD Qualification required Tender Evaluation criteria is 40% cost and 60% Quality w Insurance requirements are detailed under economic and financial standing Non Mandatory site visit on 11th Janaury 2019

Options: Successful Tenderer will be used in the first instance to Supply new / replacement doors if existing doors are beyond repair however these costs will be bench marked against other providers to ensure that SPT are obtaining best value. SPT reserve the right to purchase new replacements elsewhere if successful tenderer is not cost efficient.

Renewal: Will be re-tendered at end of term and will be combined with manual doors
