The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking put a contract in place with a single supplier for the delivery of cleaning services for 1. the Assembly Rooms 2. the Usher Hall 3. the Ross Band Stand 4. the Church Hill Theatre. The supplier appointed will be required to service all four venues.

The City of Edinburgh Council is seeking put a contract in place with a single supplier for the delivery of cleaning services for 1. the Assembly Rooms 2. the Usher Hall 3. the Ross Band Stand 4. the Church Hill Theatre.. As detailed in section IV.2.1 of this notice a PIN notice was placed for a Supplier Information Event which took place on 25/10/18. The presentation from this event as well as a record of the Question & Answer session are attached for information, as is the draft specification. The final version of the specification will be provided to shortlisted Bidders at the Invitation to Tender (ITT) stage.

Options: As well as the optional extension the Council may require consumables and equipment. Additional sites may also be added to the scope during the contract period (although this is unlikely). Further information regarding these options will be provided in the final specification.

Renewal: The contract will be let for a period of 3 years (36 months) with the option to extend for up to a further 12 month period. Therefore, the contract duration may be up to 48 months. Extensions will be undertaken at the sole discretion of the Council.
