River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to undertake Fire Alarm Installation Works within John Galt House, a 3 storey sheltered housing complex in Greenock. The works required are detailed within Appendix C - Commercial Submission. Bidders must be accredited to NSI Gold Fire Alarms and/ or BAFE SP203-1. Works must be completed by 11th February 2019. Only companies who can meet this timescale should submit a tender. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the ESPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
