Notice Description
Stirling Council are seeking suitably qualified suppliers/contractors for the procurement of Air Quality Monitoring System which will be in 3 lots below- LOT 1 - Supply and Installation a) An EN- certified (or equivalent) particulate monitor within the existing cabinet; and b) A NOx analyser within the existing cabinet LOT 2 - Supply of 2-5 (Between two and five) Mobile Air Quality Compliance Monitors LOT 3 - Supply of 5-30 (Between five and thirty) Electronic Diffusion Tubes (EDT)
Lot Information
Supply and Installation a) An EN- certified (or equivalent) particulate monitor within the existing cabinet; and b) A NOx analyser within the existing cabinet
The Council are seeking suitably qualified suppliers for the Supply and Installation of - a) An EN- certified (or equivalent) particulate monitor within the existing cabinet; and b) A NOx analyser within the existing cabinet Equipment must be compatible with the existing Air Conditioning unit; Gas bottle and regulator; Data retrieval and web logging devices already installed in the existing cabinet. Warranty and service of equipment will be for a minimum of 3 years.. Bidder must provide the following: - evidence of approval/ certification with MCERT; DEFRA APPROVAL; CAMS (OR EQUIVALENT) - evidence of approval/ certification with EN 15267 (NOX & PM) (OR EQUIVALENT) - evidence of approval/ certification with EN 12341:2014 (PM10 & PM2.5) (OR EQUIVALENT) -evidence of approval/ certification with EN 14211 (NOX) (OR EQUIVALENT)
Supply of 2-5 (Between two and five) Mobile Air Quality Compliance MonitorsThe Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to Supply between two and five Mobile Air Quality Compliance Monitors. Monitors must have the ability through the Instrument monitoring system to take close to real-time, localised measurements, of key pollutants Nitric Oxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, PM10 & PM2.5. Warranty cover will be for a minimum of 3 years.. Refer to ITT for further details All tender submissions from suppliers will be scored on both price and quality. The contract will be awarded to the supplier who receives the highest total score per lot. The overall Price: Quality split for this tender will be 60%: 40% respectively.
Supply of 5-30 (Between five and thirty) Electronic Diffusion Tubes (EDT)The Council are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier for the Supply and Delivery of Electronic Diffusion Tubes (EDT). Warranty cover to be included will be a minimum of 2 years. EDT must have the ability through the Instrument monitoring system to take close to real-time, localised measurements, of NO2. Refer to ITT for further details.. All tender submissions from suppliers will be scored on both price and quality. The contract will be awarded to the supplier who receives the highest total score per lot. The overall Price: Quality split for this tender will be 60%: 40% respectively.
