The overriding aim of this tender is to appoint a legal adviser that can demonstrate a successful track record in delivering Joint Venture Agreements in the energy sector and, has significant experience of advising on district heating projects. This should include technical facilities and measures (including systems and processes) in place, or will have in place by contract award, to ensure compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation and to ensure the protection of the rights of data subjects. Your response should include, but should not be limited to facilities and measures: to ensure ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services; to comply with the rights of data subjects in respect of receiving privacy information, and access, rectification, deletion and portability of personal data; to ensure that any consent based processing meets standards of active, informed consent, and that such consents are recorded and auditable; to ensure legal safeguards are in place to legitimise transfers of personal data outside the EU (if such transfers will take place); to maintain records of personal data processing activities; and to regularly test, assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the above measures. 4C.6 - Bidders will be required to confirm that they and/or the service provider have the following relevant educational and professional qualifications: Individuals assigned to the project in a technical capacity should have relevant qualifications / certifications relating to Heat Networks such as being a CIBSE Heat Network Consultant. 4C.8.1 - Bidders will be required to confirm their average annual manpower for the last three years. 4C.8.2 - Bidders will be required to confirm their and the number of managerial staff for the last three years. 4C.10 - Bidders will be required to confirm whether they intend to subcontract and, if so, for what proportion of the contract.
