Clydebank Library Improvement Works, Phase 2
Notice Description
The purpose of this tender is to appoint an experienced contractor who will be responsible for the refurbishment of the existing Clydebank Library to deliver a fit for purpose modern library designed around the needs of the customer. This will protect a historic landmark and original Carnegie library whilst offering the potential to build upon the development of a 'cultural quarter' focused around Clydebank Town Hall. The improvement project will comprise of the following: Strip out existing finishes; including partitions; New partitions to 1st Floor area; new WC to 1st Floor, including plumbers work; new fittings to entrance foyer; new finishes throughout; new electrical works.
