River Clyde Homes are seeking to appoint a highly competent and experienced contractor to undertake Fire Alarm Installation Works within John Galt House, a 3 storey sheltered housing complex in Greenock. The works required are detailed within Appendix C - Commercial Submission. Bidders must be accredited to NSI Gold Fire Alarms and/ or BAFE SP203-1. Works must be completed by 4th March 2019. Only companies who can meet this timescale should submit a tender. Prior to submitting a bid companies must attend a site visit. Only with a site visit will it be possible for contractors to understand the full scope of the works required, to enable them to provide an accurate tender offer. Site visits must be arranged after the 7th of January 2019 by contacting: Alan Skimins, tel: 01475 883371, email: Alan.Skimins@riverclydehomes.org.uk Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the ESPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
