Suppliers shall have an equality and diversity policy that complies with the Equality Act 2010 and explicitly refers to sexual orientation and provide details of any breaches of equality and human rights legislation. Suppliers shall have a business continuity and enable disaster recovery plan which shall include the scope, validation, risk treatment and leadership in these areas."
