River Clyde Homes (RCH) is a Registered Social Landlord responsible for the management of some 7000 homes all located within the Inverclyde area. River Clyde Homes, and our subsidiary River Clyde Homes Property Management, are looking to procure an experienced and competent company to supply ad-hoc scaffolding works (supply, erect, dismantle) for properties that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes, and are located within the Inverclyde area.

River Clyde Homes, and our subsidiary River Clyde Homes Property Management, are looking to procure an experienced and competent company to supply ad-hoc scaffolding works (supply, erect, dismantle) for properties that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes, and are located within the Inverclyde area. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the ESPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 2 year duration. RCH may wish to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 2, 12 month periods, subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
