Proposed Team 1. Outline the typical team you propose to deliver projects of this type, from appointment to completion. 2. Detail why you consider them as the most suitable to work with the Project team, giving examples of experience and capability. - Bidders will be required to confirm that they have (or have access to) the relevant supply chain management and tracking systems used by them to deliver the types of requirements detailed in II.2.4 in the OJEU Contract Notice or the relevant section of the Site Notice. Supply Chain management / engagement 1. Detail how you will ensure the key members of your supply chain will be engaged throughout the delivery process. The response should detail key sub-contractors who you have worked with successfully in the past (or have an active partnering arrangement with) who can offer value driven input or, if not determined at this stage, a list of potential sub-contractors. The strength and suitability of your suggested supply chain should be commented on. Logistics and pre-construction planning - Bidders will be required to confirm that they and/or the service provider have the following relevant educational and professional qualifications: 1. Any professional services must be delivered by an organisation that is a member of the relevant professional body. And/Or: Bidders will be required to confirm that their managerial staff have the following relevant educational and professional qualifications: 2. Tertiary qualifications or membership of professional bodies or associations for management personnel concerned with or responsible for project implementation and delivery. 3. NVQ 1 to 8 in conjunction with City & Guilds for all trades - Bidders will be required to confirm that they will employ environmental management measures that meet the following requirements: 1. Please include project plan for site waste management, reduction of carbon; contamination, considerate contractor etc. And Risk 2. Detail how you would propose to contribute to the management of Project Risks, so that this element is dealt with in a fair, appropriate and equitable manner. 3. Provide a list of the top 10, project specific, risks by way of a 1-page Risk \"register\" including descriptive narrative, likely ownership, and potential mitigation measures. - Bidders will be required to confirm their average annual manpower for the last three years. Directly employed labour by trade only for which the company has submitted an annual tax return to HMRC. This in not to include head office management staff. - Bidders will be required to confirm their and the number of managerial staff for the last three years. Directly employed staff by profession clearly identifying technical or professional role - Bidders will be required to confirm whether they intend to subcontract and, if so, for what proportion of the contract. Please list each element of the required works that the Tenderer typically would intend to sub-contract and the approximate value of their share of the contract by %. Where the sub-contractor will be responsible for delivering 25% or more of works undertaken, based on the value of the contract, they must submit a completed ESPD in line with section 2.D.1.2",
