Notice Description
The employment of a Consultant to carry out Gas Safety Audits of the servicing and repair works carried out by the Councils inhouse maintenance provider on gas fired central heating systems. The Consultant will also be required to carry out gap analysis and toolbox talks.

Lot 1
The purpose of this contract is to employ a suitably experienced Consultant to provide the following services in relation to the Councils programme of gas appliance servicing; ~ Carry out gas safety audits of completed or in progress works within domestic properties or public buildings. ~ Carry out gap analysis of the back office systems. ~ Prepare and present toolbox talks to the Councils Gas Engineers.
Renewal: The Council will have the option to extend the contract for additional periods up to a total of 24 months (it is at the Councils sole discretion the period of any extension awarded but the total of all extension periods awarded will not exceed 24 months).
