The Moray Council is undertaking a comprehensive review of our current use of systems that fulfil the following functions: Asset Management (including Asset Inspection, booking, scheduling and works orders)and Job Costing. These systems cover a wide range of services including: Fleet Management Vehicle and Plant maintenance Pool car administration Roads Maintenance (including pavement management,etc) Street Lighting Structures Harbours Flood Risk Management Street Gazetteer Building Maintenance Ground Maintenance Burial records To assist in this review the Council is interested to learn how the market has developed to provide these systems either individually or indeed as a corporate resource. We would invite interested parties to share with us their current systems that can manage all of these areas. A general outline is all that is required at this stage as any resultant decision taken by the Council that involves the purchase of a new system would be subject to the normal public sector procurement process. This would include a full detailed specification and tender invite when your offering could be explored in more detail. Please send your general overview of system/s to Andy.Donegan@moray.gov.uk by Monday the 1st April 2019.
