Notice Description

Abertay University is looking to appoint a contract for a BPS accredited educational and/or chartered psychologist and/or PATOSS qualified with an assessment practicing certificate. The University will require the individual to undertake a range of diagnostic assessments for Specific Learning Difficulties e.g. dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia and dysgraphia. The ability to recognise (but not necessarily diagnose) other conditions such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder or ADD/ADHD would be an advantage. The assessments will take place at our Dundee campus. Following on from the assessment a comprehensive post assessment report including recommendation, required action and needs assessment will be provided to the university. Those registering interest must be able to demonstrate sufficient experience in delivering similar services. More detailed information will be provided at ITT stage.
