There is also a requirement for the rental and regular uplift of 3 large recycling bins. Two bins are required at our Springkell Street depot, and one at our Head Office at Roxburgh House, Greenock. Currently these bins consist of 3, 1100 litre eurocarts. A weekly uplift is required at the Roxburgh House site and a fortnightly uplift from the Springkell Street site. River Clyde Homes' aim each year is to increase its recyclable waste and reduce its disposal costs accordingly. The successful bidder will be required to support River Clyde Homes in achieving this goal.. The contract value specified within this contract award notice is the anticipated spend across the lifecycle of the contract. Due to the reactive nature of the works tendered for, it is not possible for RCH to stipulate the exact value which may be generated from this contract.
Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 2 year duration. RCH may wish to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 2, 12 month periods, subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
