Provision of a roof replacement at Oban Police Officer, Albany Street, Oban PA34 4AL The project is due to commence in May/June 2019 with completion within 12 weeks. Downtakings - Removal of existing roof finishes, rainwater goods, SVP connections, timber fascias/soffits/bargeboards, vegetation and adjacent electrics. Proposed works - Installation of new slate/lead/zinc/felt & profiled roof finishes, cast iron rainwater goods, cast iron SVP connections, roof lights and timber fascias/soffits/bargeboards. Other aspects include the installation of roof and roof void insulation, decoration and electrical/mechanical works.
