Lot 1

The charity 'Strathpeffer Residents' Association' require the services of a professional project manager to deliver an exciting community park project in the village of Strathpeffer. Main tasks include 1) managing our planning permission application; 2) overseeing the purchase of the land through an approved Community Asset Transfer; 3) day to day management and coordination of contracts for drainage works, path network, and children's play park. We request a quote for the works detailed in the attached Invitation to Quote document where you will find all information relating to the tendering process. The successful contractor will be able to provide evidence of having successfully managed similar small infrastructure projects, experience of working with communities (excellent communication skills), ability to manage time flexibly, and have experience of the planning system.. Funding is secured in full for this project management contract. However, we do not have funding in place for all of the elements that the project manager will over-see. We request a quote for all elements with interim reviews to re-assess the scope and timing. You will work closely with our project fundraiser (separate tendering exercise) and must be willing to be flexible in your approach.
