Mental health peer workers in 3 Angus GP surgeries (Carnoustie Medical Centre, Monifieth Medical Practice, Arbroath Medical Centre) offering advice, guidance and support in a timely and time-limited way to any adult registered with the surgeries.

Lot 1
Adults (16+) with concerns about their mental health and wellbeing who are registered as a patient at Carnoustie Medical Centre; Monifieth Medical Practice; and Arbroath Medical Centre will have timely and time-limited access to a mental health peer worker in the GP surgery. Advice, guidance and a short spell of one to one support where required will help to reduce demand for GP services and promote self-management of mental health and wellbeing wherever possible.
