Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015

Options: Tenderer to provide information for optional additional services, enhancements and ad hoc services: - Provide additional farms to the minimum sample -defined in the Specification - Provide carbon audit data for farms in the survey from the core sample of farms - Provide enterprise gross margin data for farms in the survey from the core sample of farms - Pilot test to expand the scope to include farms producing predominantly; pigs, poultry, horticulture (per unit), as defined in the Specification - Pilot test to expand the scope to include farms with a SLR less than 0.5 (per unit), as defined in the Specification - Provide data linkage with FBS and other data sources as defined in the Specification - Ad Hoc Service Requirements as defined in the Specification

Renewal: Extension for up to 24 months arranged on an annual basis.
