You are invited by Abertay University to quote for the supply of employee counselling services.

The incidence of mental health issues have steadily risen in workplaces over the past decade, with the premier reason for sickness absence identified as mental health. The University recognise these societal changes and from a business, legal and moral perspective seek to provide support to any member of staff who is experiencing mental ill health and to eliminate or reduce the risk of mental ill health associated with the workplace (as far as reasonably practicable). The university are therefore seeking to appoint a contract for an appropriately qualified professional counselling service for staff. The successful service will be required to provide counselling to staff, using professionally verified methods and to agreed performance indicators.
Renewal: allow for additional 2 x 12 month extensions not included in original duration
