Lab Equipment Maintenance - University of Aberdeen
Notice Description
The University of Aberdeen has appointed an effective maintenance and repair service for the types of laboratory equipment outlined below. This tender exercise includes the requirement to supply all spare parts required to service, maintain and repair laboratory equipment, and all labour and materials for this contract to the satisfaction of the Technical Resource Manager and/or their representative. The intention of this contract is to ensure that all laboratory equipment should operate safely, efficiently and in accordance with all relevant legislation and to the manufacturer's specification. The contract will be split into 7 different lots and tenderers can submit bids for any number without limit.
Lot Information
Lab Equipment Maintenance - Lot 3 Centrifuges
The University of Aberdeen wish to appoint an effective maintenance and repair service for the types of laboratory equipment outlined below. This tender exercise includes the requirement to supply all spare parts required to service, maintain and repair laboratory equipment, and all labour and materials for this contract to the satisfaction of the Technical Resource Manager and/or their representative. The intention of this contract is to ensure that all laboratory equipment should operate safely, efficiently and in accordance with all relevant legislation and to the manufacturer's specification.
Renewal: We anticipate the contract to be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for 1 further period of 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement. At extension stage, new rates may be submitted but prices to remain firm and fixed for first 2 years.
