Notice Description

North Ayrshire Council requires the provision of Banking and Merchant Services for cash management services. Lot 1 - Banking Services. The Council currently operates bank accounts to handle core activities and investments. These accounts require an internet banking facility, providing bank account balances, group account cleared and available balances, reporting, find transaction facility, reconciliation facility, payments, inter-account transfers and customised user access. Lot 2 - Merchant Services. The Council seeks to continue to implement an efficient delivery of its financial services. As an integral part of this the Council requires access to a merchant service provider for a number of Council locations. Payments will be required for both customer present and not present transactions with a range of major cards being accepted. This contract will be required to commence 01/02/2020.
