Notice Description
The Council requires the Service Provider to offer an online platform that will provide users access to a domestic fuel comparison tool where the available electricity, gas or dual-fuel energy tariffs offers visibility of the most competitive rates at time of access.

Lot 1
The Service Provider shall provide an online switching platform that can be customised to incorporate the Council's approved campaign branding. The online platform must meet a minimum accessibility standard such as 'Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1)' and work on the most commonly used assisted technologies such as screen reader and speech recognition. The Service shall provide users access to the best tariffs available at the point of time of use, including notification of availability of "Warm Home Allowance" discount scheme. The tariffs on offer will be for single fuel types (electricity and gas) as well as dual fuel options. The Service shall also offer restricted time of use tariffs and options for those on prepayment meters. Additionally, the Service shall also offer both standard variable tariffs and fixed tariffs for comparison.
Renewal: Initial contract 36 months with the option to extend for an additional 12 months
