Risk Assessments - Section No.1 The work comprises carrying out a risk assessment to identify and assess sources of risk of Legionella bacteria in the water systems of each property detailed in Appendix III in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (L8) and HSG 274 Parts 1, 2 Monitoring - Section No.2 The work comprises providing a scheme to prevent or control risk, implementing, managing and monitoring precautions and keeping records of precautions for the control of Legionella bacteria in the water systems of each property details in Appendix III in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice and Guidance (L8) and HSG 274 Parts 1, 2
