CR-H0312 Framework for Consultant Services for Planned Maintenance Projects 2019-2023
Notice Description
This tender exercise is being undertaken to establish a Framework of appropriately qualified consultants to supply Consultant services for planned maintenance projects across Scotland over the next 4 years. These projects are likely to include (but will not be limited to) re-roofing work, re-rendering, cladding repairs/replacement, external insulation, window replacements, alteration works, small extensions, upgrades to individual properties or refurbishments to development level. Hanover however, cannot guarantee volumes of work, if any under this framework. Kitchen and bathroom upgrades will not require services from consultants and will be managed internally by the Association's maintenance officers.
