The works encompass, taking down existing non-load bearing walls, strip out of existing facilities to form additional office space, sprinkler alterations, electrical alterations, new floor coverings, painting and decorating. The works will be carried out in a live building where NLC colleagues will be working in close proximity to the planned works. This procurement exercise is being carried out as one tender for the whole of the works. All as indicated on the Building Surveyor's drawings.
