The Council intends to put a Contract in place to assist with Homelessness Prevention by providing Support to Establish a Home. The Provider will assist people to establish and sustain their homes to prevent the occurrence or recurrence of homelessness through the provision of furnishings and support.

Lot Information

Lot 1

This Contract will provide assistance to people to establish and sustain their homes by way of furnishings including something to sit on, something to sleep on and something to cook with. Service Users shall also receive support to live more independently by being encouraged to link with activities which promote and encourage independence.

Renewal: Optional 2 x 12 month extensions
