Purchase and provision of Audiological and cochlear implant batteries for NHS Scotland.. The estimated values referred to in Section II.1.5 and II.2.6 covers the thirty six (36) months contract duration and the two (2) optional twelve (12) month extension period of the framework agreement.

Renewal: The Authority is entitled at its sole discretion to extend the duration of the Framework Agreement by up to two (2) periods of twelve (12) months.
