Consultancy is also out of scope. The Framework Agreement will be for An initial period of three years from 1st November 2019 to 31st October 2022, with the potential to extend for a further 12 months from 1st November 2022 to 31st October 2023. Contractors must be capable of supplying suitably qualified temporary/interim workers that have been through the relevant disclosure/security processes. The Contractor must be able to provide consistent levels of service for varied assignment types and terms as required on a cost effective and best value basis. The Contractor must provide comprehensive management information at all stages throughout the process to the Authority and to all participating Framework Public Bodies on request.",
