The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) issued a Prior Information Notice (PIN) on 17th July 2019 requesting information from Suppliers surrounding SFRS's requirement for the Provision of a Finance and Asset Management Solution. SFRS have reviewed the responses received and will now be hosting an initial Supplier Engagement Day on 20th August 2019. This event will provide potential Suppliers in the market with a broader understanding of SFRS's current situation and the direction in which the Service is going. Following this initial event, Suppliers will then be afforded with the opportunity to meet with SFRS on a one to one basis. To book your place at the Supplier Engagement day on 20th August 2019 please contact donna.fallon@firescotland.gov.uk with your organisations details no later than 12 noon on 14th August 2019. Attendance is restricted to 2 persons per organisation.

The proposed Agenda for the day can be viewed in Appendix A to this PIN. SFRS will make use of the SLIDO application for suppliers to submit questions throughout the day.
