Lot Information

Lot 1

River Clyde Homes & Home Fix Scotland are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent company to supply heat, smoke and co2 alarms. The technical specification that the alarms require to adhere to are provided within Appendix F 'Technical Specification'. Anticipated annual quantities are detailed within the Pricing Schedule. The alarms will be ordered on a monthly basis. The successful contractor must be able to supply the requested alarms within 5 working days of receipt of order. The successful contractor must have the resource to complete the requirement within this timescale. The contract will run for an initial two year period. RCH may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for a further twelve month period subject to the agreement of the successful bidder. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.

Renewal: The contract will run for an initial two year period. RCH may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for a further twelve month period subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.
