Summary of the contracting process

The Tayside Procurement Consortium is seeking contractors for the provision of Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services across Tayside. The procurement is currently in the Award stage and is part of a framework agreement benefiting the Tayside Councils, including Angus Council, Dundee City Council, and Perth and Kinross Council. The contract, valued at £2,600,000 and awarded to People Asset Management Ltd, was signed on 24 January 2020. This process follows an open procedure and earlier tender submissions closed on 1 October 2019, with contracts running from 6 January 2020 to 5 January 2023.

This tender presents a valuable opportunity for businesses specialising in occupational health services, health and wellbeing programmes, and relevant therapeutic disciplines. Companies that can deliver comprehensive health solutions and demonstrate capacity for ongoing support will be well-positioned to compete. The framework's emphasis on quality and price also means that competitive pricing and innovative service offerings will be critical for businesses aiming to contribute to health improvement initiatives across the Tayside region.
