The University relies on the heating systems and hot water systems to function efficiently to ensure that the learning facilities are available at all times throughout the year. To this end, Planned Preventative Maintenance is essential to ensure the correct, safe and efficient operation of the boilers and ancillary equipment, a guaranteed response is required 24/7/365 to include weekends, public holidays and Christmas.
Renewal: Optional 12 month extension
