AWARDED The Authority was seeking tenders from suitably experienced Contractors to transport the residual element of municipal solid waste from its transfer station in Invergordon, Easter Ross to its landfill disposal site at Seater, Caithness. It also requires the transport, on a backhaul basis, of garden waste from Seater to its waste facility in Inverness, and cardboard from Seater to locations near Alness, Easter Ross.
