For the contractor's bid to form a bona fide tender the following documents must be returned: - Completed Pricing schedule - Completed form of tender - Completed quality assessment - Completed proposed sub contractor form - Completed community benefits matrix - Certificate of bona fide tender The award criteria will be based on the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT). The price: quality ratio is set at 60:40 in favour of price. The works are to take place between 11th Nov 2019 and 31st March 2020. Contractors must be approved by Alumasc and Keim in order to be considered.
