Almond Housing Association (AHA) has experienced the failure of the render applied to its offices at 44 Etive Walk, Livingston and wishes to engage an experienced contractor to patch repair the render, as required, and to make good the finish using a compatible paint across the whole building.

For the contractor's bid to form a bona fide tender the following documents must be returned: - Completed Pricing schedule - Completed form of tender - Completed quality assessment - Completed proposed sub contractor form - Completed community benefits matrix - Certificate of bona fide tender The award criteria will be based on the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT). The price: quality ratio is set at 60:40 in favour of price. The works are to take place between 11th Nov 2019 and 31st March 2020. Contractors must be approved by Alumasc and Keim in order to be considered.
