Bar & Catering Services for Events
Notice Description
WDC host two annual outdoor events within the West Dunbartonshire Area in partnership with the respective national organisations. These events are the Loch Lomond Highland Games and Scottish Pipe Band Championships, the events take place in July each year at the following locations: - Loch Lomond Highland Games, Moss O'Balloch, Balloch Road, Balloch G83 8LQ - Scottish Pipe Band Championships, Levengrove Park, Clydeshore Road, G82 4PH West Dunbartonshire Council sought tenders for an experienced bar and catering company to work with our colleagues at West Dunbartonshire Leisure Trust whom will be responsible for the events infrastructure and overall events management.

Lot 1
Catering The successful contractor is responsible for providing hot food and hot drinks. The position of the catering outlets is at the discretion of the event organisers. Bar Facilities The successful contractor is responsible for providing a bar facility to include a range of beers, spirits, wines and soft drinks. The contractor will be the sole provider of alcohol at the events and will be responsible for obtaining the appropriate liquor licence for the designated bar area. All catering staff will be qualified with a food hygiene qualification
Renewal: Option to extend for further 2 x 12 month periods.
