Renfrewshire Council wish to appoint a specialist consultant that has architectural, energy efficiency, stock condition surveying, quantity surveying and structural engineering skills and experience, in order to carry out condition surveys of our fourteen (14) multi storey blocks. Renfrewshire Council requires an external assessment of these blocks and a recommendation in terms of the condition and any works, both repair and improvement, that will be required to maintain them to an acceptable standard over the coming twenty year period in order to meet both the Energy Efficiency standard for Social Housing (EESSH) and the Scottish Housing Quality Standard (SHQS).. Economic Operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
