Candidates who have not yet submitted three years' statutory accounts but can demonstrate three years of trading must detail the date they started trading within their submission at 4B.3 and may provide alternative proof which demonstrates its financial standing in an equivalent manner in accordance with Regulation 61 - Means of Proof of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
