The Lough Erne Landscape Partnership ('the Partnership') invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or organisations to support the Partnership in monitoring and evaluating the LELP programme ('the programme') over the coming three years ('the services').

Lot 1
The purpose of the evaluation is: - To lead the partnership in a unique monitoring and evaluation of the LELP programme over the delivery phase. - To work with the LELP Programme Manager to develop a legacy plan for each project following the LPS. - To demonstrate ways in which the scheme as a whole is delivering more than the sum of its individual parts, identifying LELP's essential points of difference - To work with the Partnership Working Group and Board to provide a legacy plan that outlines how to better coordinate efforts on landscape management in the Lough Erne area (meeting core objectives from the National Lottery Heritage Fund) following the LPS.
