Notice Description
Caledonia HA, with subsidiaries Bellsmyre HA and Cordale HA, are hosting Supplier Engagement Sessions ahead of releasing tender documents for our GBP5.2m Repairs and Maintenance Contracts. The events will be held at Kilmardinny House, Bearsden on 2nd December at 10:30am and at McDiarmid Park, Perth on 4th December at 10:30am. The Contracts cover trade requirements including joinery, plumbing, electrical, plasterwork and painting & decorating. Lot 1
Caledonia Housing Association, with subsidiaries Bellsmyre Housing Association and Cordale Housing Association, are hosting two Supplier Engagement Sessions ahead of releasing the tender documents in December for their GBP5.2 million Repairs and Maintenance Contracts. The events, at Kilmardinny House in Bearsden on Monday 2nd December at 10:30am and at McDiarmid Park in Perth on Wednesday 4th December at 10:30am will provide contractors with an overview of the contract requirements, the procurement process and provide an opportunity for a Q&A session. The Repairs and Maintenance Contracts covers the three Housing Associations' trade requirements including joinery, plumbing, electrical, plasterwork and painting & decorating. The tender will be split into 3 lots with tenderers invited to apply for one or all of the lots. Lot 1 - West: East Dunbartonshire, North Lanarkshire and West Dunbartonshire Lot 2 - Central: Perthshire Lot 3 - East: Dundee City, Fife and Angus The duration of the contract is 4 years with the opportunity to extend for a further 2x 12 month periods. The overall value of the contract per annum is GBP1.3 million. Director of Assets for all three Housing Associations, Andrew Kilpatrick, said "The Repairs and Maintenance Contracts provide an essential and important service to our tenants.
