Supply and Delivery of Catering Sundries
Notice Description
This Contract Notice is in relation to the renewal framework for Catering Sundries. It is anticipated that the scope of materials covered under the framework will include, but not be limited to catering disposables, catering sundries, insulated containers and trolleys.

Catering Sundries
It will provide a mechanism for Scottish local authorities to procure a range of baking equipment, oven gloves, aluminium cookware, stainless steel, cookware, crockery, glassware, kitchen knives, basins/bowls, can openers, scissors, kitchen ware, nursery cutlery, stainless steel gastronorm containers, polycarbonate gastronorm and trolleys. Tenderers will be able to bid for one, any, or all local authority areas.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Renewal: The framework will run for an initial 24 month period, with the option to extend for up to an additional two 12 month periods.
Catering DisposablesIt will provide a mechanism for the contracting Authorities identified in Section VI.1.3 to procure a range of disposable/recyclable/compostable products which includes containers, pots, lids, cups and baking items along with sealing equipment (cling film), gloves, wipes and aprons. Tenderers will be able to bid for one, any, or all local authority areas.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
