Digital Boost funding has still to be confirmed by the Scottish Government we are expecting this to be advised around the 1st April 2020. It is unclear whether or not funding will be available after this date. Any bids must include the delivery of 4 workshops per quarter. A separate award will be made for the Digital Boost Workshops through this framework based on the pricing submitted within the offer page should the Scottish Government Funding become available Any bids must include the delivery of 4 workshops per quarter. This will not be evaluated but for information only. Previous funding from the Scottish Government that may become available is up to a value of 15,000 pounds sterling for 4 workshops only per annum No guarantee of funding or uptake can be made. East Renfrewshire Council reserve the right to inflate this contract to 375,000 pounds sterling should the Digital Boost funding be made by Scottish Government for the 4 Workshops per annum. This will take into account the 24 month contract period and will also include the 12 month extension period, should the council wish to exercise the extension option available. This service will be offered to a sole supplier ranked no 1 after evaluation..                     "minimum": "To establish the financial standing of a potential Tenderer, the Council will firstly take into account a risk report provided independently by Credit Safe. Tenders are asked to provide their company number so that the council can run this report. Within such reports, the risk of business failure is expressed as a score of 30 or below (high risk of business failure). In the event that a company is determined to have a risk failure rating of 30 and below i.e. that the company is considered to have a high risk of business failure, the submission will not be considered further. For the avoidance of doubt, the Council will request a report from Credit Safe following the closing date for the receipt of the Tenders to ensure that the most up to date information is used. Where you are not register on credit safe e.g. charitable organisations or new start companies/ Sole Traders with less than 3 years trading history, discretionary powers are available to the Director of Finance to consider abbreviated accounts along with bankers references etc. Tenderers should be aware that any outstanding County Court Judgements will have a detrimental effect on the rating held by Credit Safe and it is your responsibility to ensure that the information held by Credit Safe is accurate and up to date - failure to do so will result in rejection of your submission. IMPORTANT NOTE: This requirement is not applicable to Sole Traders/ Charities. Sole Traders/ Charities may be required to provide a bankers reference if successful. If the Credit Report shows any area of concern the council may request accounts and the outcome form this will determine if you remain in the process."
