Notice Description
The State Hospital are inviting suitable and experienced applicants to submit bids for the provision of a Pest Control Service for a routine pest inspection, gull egg and nest removal programme and hawking programme.
Lot Information
Lot 1 - Provision of Pest Control Service for Routine Pest Inspection
Provision of Pest Control Service for Routine Pest Inspection - detail of specific pests specified in requirement. The following attendance will be required to meet the above: -Carry out a minimum of two routine inspections and treatments per month and issue service reports -Carry out all related call-outs at no extra cost when required and issue service reports -Carry out one only Night Inspection of the main kitchen in darkness during the winter months and report findings.
Renewal: 2 times 12 month extensions
Lot 2 - Provision of egg and nest removal programme and hawking programmeEgg and nest removal programme: The egg and nest removal programme will require 6 visits to site throughout the duration of the breeding season. Hawking Programme The hawking programme will require 24 Bird of Prey visits over the affected site.
Renewal: 2 times 12 month extensions
