To adapt and extend existing Main Crematorium Building's Mechanical heating system and BMS controls to now encompass the Crematorium Lodge Office.

The full installation shall comply with the conditions laid down in the Standard Conditions of Contract contained within the provided Bill Guide, Drawings, Notes and Specifications. It is highly recommended that tenderers visit the site to familiarise themselves with the full extent and nature of the works required as no redress will be made at a later date for the lack of such knowledge. For access to site please contact Dunfermline Crematorium Office reception 01383 602335 or Crematorium Technician, Kevin Weir 0770853699 email Kevin.Weir@fife.gov.uk Proposed works start date 18/3/20 To remove existing Lodge Offices Heating. To adapt and extend existing and Main Crematorium Building's Mechanical heating system and BMS controls to now include the Crematorium Main entrance Lodge Offices All as per detailed within the attached tender documentation. Tenderers must complete Sub-Contractor's requirements on page 23 or their tender shall be deemed Non-Compliant. Tenderers should note that all associated builder work forms part of their tender and their submission must reflect this, as no additions shall be accepted for the exclusion of same. Please note Conditions of Contract item 1.6: - Fife Council Building Services shall not be providing any skips, scaffolding, access platforms or mechanical lifting/ hoisting facilities. These items must be provided by the sub-contractor (where required) and the costs thereof included in the tender price. The Tender Price submitted shall be the Fixed Price for the Contract as no additional costs will be accepted unless prior instruction and approval has been received.. All contractors must fully acquaint themselves with the full extent of the nature of the works, for all labour, material and plant is to be included in your tender. Any additional costs will not be entertained for lack of such knowledge
