Provision of Gardening Services at Temporary Accommodation
Notice Description
North Ayrshire Council Housing Services require the provision of Gardening Services, at approximately 170 council properties across mainland North Ayrshire. Properties require a minimum of 1 visit per month with intervals between of no more than 30 days. The works shall include, but not be limited to, initial grass cuts, strimming borders, applying weed-killer, and removal of all rubbish, debris and arisings.
Lot Information
Lot 1
The Council has a range of Temporary Accommodation across the constituency. Local citizens may be placed in temporary accommodation whilst awaiting a suitable property or during extensive repairs. The Council has a duty to ensure that these properties are kept in good condition for residents who may be placed in the property. A suitably experienced contractor is required to provide, maintenance services for garden areas within the units of accommodation along with other related services as detailed in this statement of requirements.
Renewal: 2 x extensions of 12 and 13 months dependant on budget approval and performance
