The Contract is to provide Aberdeenshire Council with Construction Design Services split into 7 lots: Lot 1 - Architecture & Associated Services Lot 2 - Building Surveying Services Lot 3 - Clerk of Works Services Lot 4 - Mechanical & Electrical with Associated Services Lot 5 - Quantity Surveying & Project Management Services with Associated Services Lot 6 - Structural & Civil Engineering with Associated Services Lot 7 - Landscape Architecture, Ecology & Biodiversity with Associated Services Please Note Aberdeen City Council and The Highland Council will also have access to this framework.

This Lot is for the provision of Building Surveying services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio.

This Lot is for the provision of Architectural and associated services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio.
