    "description": "1. Staff Benefits: The successful Provider shall provide training throughout the duration of the contract for the following Council Officers on an annual basis. The FSC Consortium will provide a venue for this training. a) One day training course every year for up to 12 Duty Managers & Officers; b) One half day course every year up for to a 12 Duty Supervisors. The training will cover the following areas: - Understanding the weather forecasts; - Use of appropriate web based tools; - Analysis of information. Please refer to Annex 6 within the ITT documentation for further information. 2. Bidders were required to provide 2 examples from the past 3 years that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services/ supplies as detailed within the ITT documentation. 3. Bidders were required to confirm their average annual manpower for the last three years. 4. Bidders were required to confirm their and the number of managerial staff for the last three years. 5. Bidders were required to demonstrate that they have (or have access to) the relevant tools, plant or technical equipment to deliver the types of requirements detailed in II.2.4 in the relevant section of the Site Notice. 6. Bidders were required to confirm whether they intend to subcontract and, if so, for what proportion of the contract. 7.
