River Clyde Homes are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent company to undertake Void Property House clearances and ad-hoc cleaning works for properties under our control.

Lot 1
River Clyde Homes (RCH) is a 'not for profit' affordable housing provider that owns and manages over 5,800 homes and provides factoring services to a further 2,200 homes in the Inverclyde area. We hold the Investors in People Gold standard and employ over 320 members of staff. RCH are seeking to employ a suitably experienced and competent company to undertake Void Property House clearances and ad-hoc cleaning works for properties under our control. The scope of the works will include, but is not limited to: - Void Property House Clearances (required to be complete within 24 hours of instruction); - Standard Cleans; - Deep Cleans; - Trauma Cleaning; - Sharps Removal; - Graffiti Removal; - Removal of Fly Tipping; - Common Area & Garden Cleans. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: The contract will run for an initial 1 year duration. RCH may wish, at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 2, 12 month periods.

"description": "ESPD Question 4C.1.2 - Bidders require to provide three examples of the successful delivery of contracts that are close in nature and scope to RCH's requirement. Bidders require to describe the scope of the contracts, what their responsibilities are / were, what the scale of the contract was, and how they have performed within the contract. At least one project evidenced, must include Void Property Clearances, and must state the volume / rate of clearances undertaken. Bidders will also be required to provide written references from two of the three clients listed with their response. The references should provide a summary of the works undertaken and indicate the client's own satisfaction levels with the quality of service they received. (Worth 50% of ESPD Score) 4C.6 - Bidders are required to provide details of the available on-site operatives (cleaning staff, not management staff) who will be involved in performing the contract in the event of a successful bid. This should include staff numbers, and information in relation to the staff members core skills, qualifications, accreditations, experience and competency. (Worth 30% of ESPD Score) 4C.6.1 - Bidders are required to provide details of the relevant experience; and the educational and professional qualifications held by their managerial staff.(Worth 10% of ESPD Score) 4C.9 - Bidders are required to provide details of relevant tools, plant or technical equipment available to you in relation to servicing the contract (PPE, vehicles, materials etc).(Worth 10% of ESPD Score) 4C.10 - Bidders are required to provide details of the proportion of the contract that you intend to subcontract, list the workstreams that will be sub-contracted, provide details of the sub-contractors you intend to sub-contract these works to, and explain how they've been selected. Where a bidder is allocated a score of '0' or 1' by RCH's evaluation panel, for any of these questions, they may be disqualified from the procurement process. A separate ESPD response must be provided for any subcontractor(s) on whose capability and capacity the main bidder relies on in order to meet the selection criteria. An 'ESPD Completion Guidance' document is attached to the notice. All bidders should ensure that they read and understand this document before completing the ESPD.
