East Renfrewshire Council are looking to appoint a suitably experienced Project Manager to appoint and lead a multi-functional design team to provide consultancy service for the Neilston village regeneration education campus project (Phase 1)

East Renfrewshire Council are looking to appoint a suitably experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-functional design team to take the Neilston village regeneration Phase 1 education campus project through all work stages including RIBA Stage 1 (Preparation and Brief) through to completion of stage 6 (Handover and Close Out). This project will be delivered in line with Scottish Government guidance on construction procurement and will be operated as a BIM level 2 project. This procurement is for a Multi-Disciplinary Design Team which is Project management led. This appointment will incorporate all disciplines required for the design of the Education Campus required disciplines including: Cost Consultant Architect Landscape Architect BIM Manager Civil and Structural Engineer Mechanical and Electrical (Building Services) Engineer Acoustician. Note Quality weighting above are sub weighting and the total weighting to quality for this tender is 70%

Renewal: The council will reserve the right to extend the duration of this contract for a further period of 12 months. As outline in the tender document, the council expectation is that the contract will be delivered within the initial period. Note this extension will only take if unanticipated event delay delivery of the contract.
