The Council requires a single rate for a comprehensive refurbishment survey irrespective of the size and type of the property which should minimise future disruption to tenants and properties.. The surveys will support the works programme the Council has identified to meet the requirements of the Scottish Housing Quality Standards (SHQS)and the Energy Efficiency Standard for Social Housing (EESSH) its landlord obligations.
