Housing Services require a contract for the supply of trade materials and associated services.
Notice Description
Housing Services require a contract for the supply of trade materials and associated services, including the provision and management of a central store facility.
Lot Information
Lot 1
Housing Services require a contract for the supply of trade materials and associated services, including the provision and management of a central store facility. The Council intends to put in place a single-supplier contractual solution for the overall requirement. The adoption of this proposal will mean that materials that are currently supplied by a large number of different suppliers across a number of contracts would in future be contracted to one single supplier. This will provide a single point of contact for operational staff and a single store location for materials. Further it will allow the Council to implement a fully integrated stock management process.
Renewal: The original duration is for 60 months, with an additiona 24 month extension included as an option.
